Our Company

dlc is a respected debt collection agency in the UK, servicing over 1 million customers at any one time. We employ over 200 staff at our business centre in Brackley, and have been established for over 20 years. We work on behalf of many clients in helping people who have fallen behind with their credit commitments, or may be in genuine financial difficulties.

We are part of the Cabot Credit Management Group, who are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and we are members of the Credit Services Association. We operate to the highest regulatory standards and take exceptional pride in the way we engage with all of our customers.

How We Can Help You

Our Customer Consultants speak to thousands of customers every day and help them find individual solutions to repaying their accounts.

We will work with you to find the most appropriate solution for your personal circumstances, with a focus on helping you take positive steps towards financial recovery.

Where we are unable to offer a solution we suggest referral to free money advice organisations that will help you with your financial budgeting. If you feel you are unable to repay your account due to personal circumstances we have other solutions to help you.

We do this by abiding by the Credit Services Association’s Code of Practice and dlc is a registered firm with the Lending Standards Board and complies with the Standards of Lending Practice.
